A musical programme will run:

Thursday: 12:00–05:00

Friday: 12:00–02:00 (after party 00:00–06:00)

Saturday: 12:00–02:00 (after party 00:00–06:00)

Sunday: 12:00–02:00 (after party 00:00–06:00)

Monday: 12:00–05:00

Festival wristbands can be collected from 12:00 on Thursday from the Box Office at the main entrance to the site.

Customers staying on-site will be able to stay from Wednesday and can collect their on-site accommodation wristband from Wednesday onwards, however, you will have to collect your festival wristband separately from 11:00 on Thursday from the Box Office.

There is no access to the site after the following Wednesday at 10:00.

The box office is open from 12:00–00:00 each day (thu-mon)

+ WHAT ACCESS DO I HAVE?

With a Festival Ticket customers have access to the main festival site (The Garden Resort).

Campsite accommodation tickets (Camping, Boutique Camping, Mobile Home, Hostel) get you access to the campsite and the campsite facilities, Customers must also have a festival ticket to access the campsite areas.

To get on a Boat Party you must have a festival ticket and the boat party ticket of your choice. *

After Parties are sold separately – you do not need a festival wristband to access the parties.

*You will also need an ID – this must be in your name – as you will likely be handing your passport into your accommodation, we advise you bring a photocopy with you.

+ ARE DAY TICKETS AVAILABLE?

Day tickets will be on sale soon!

A day ticket will allow customers access to the site, including the private beach. Customers with day tickets can also purchase tickets to boat parties.

+ BOAT PARTIES

Boat party tickets are purchased separately. We expect tickets to sell out fast in advance. If there are any tickets still available, you will be able to buy them on the day at the Harbour.

Please arrive at the jetty 15 minutes before your boat is due to depart to allow time for boarding. Boats won’t wait and tickets will not be refunded.

Access to the boat parties is only available with a valid full festival pass or applicable day pass - plus valid ID!

+ AFTER PARTIES

You will need a separate ticket for entry to the after parties. These can be purchased from the main box office on site at the festival or online.

Barbarellas's Discotheque is located approximately 20 minutes by bus or taxi from the festival site. We will provide a shuttle to and from the venue for a small fee each way paid for using customer’s cashless wristbands.

+ TRAVEL

Customers should ensure they have the appropriate insurances ahead of travelling.

+ NEAREST AIRPORTS

Zadar is the nearest airport (45 mins), followed by Split (90 mins) and Zagreb (4 hours). These journey times are for the highway route and will take a little longer by bus / coach.

We recommend leaving 2hrs for Split and 1.5hrs for Zadar transfers.

+ AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Journey times are approximately: Split 2hrs | Zadar 1hr 30 min

These times may vary slightly either way depending on traffic circumstances.

Departure points:

Split Airport - Bottom of steps outside the main entrance. Follow signs for 'shuttles' at the arrivals exit.

Zadar Airport - Outside the bar next to the terminal exit.

Tisno: The main car park in the village on the waterfront (aka 'the Dust Bowl') at the bottom of Ulica Petrica Glava (the road the festival venue is on).

Look out for a festival rep (holding an Outlook sign) and a bus with a festival sign in the windscreen.

BY PURCHASING THIS TRANSFER TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

All times listed are local times of departure.

Passengers are asked to arrive at the departure point 15-30 mins prior to scheduled departure.

All tickets are non-refundable, non-amendable and non-transferable.

Services will not wait for latecomers, and the organisers cannot be held financially responsible for losses incurred due to delays of service. Please leave enough time to catch flights or other connections.

Passengers who cannot produce their confirmation code nor verify their identity may be denied boarding.

Please note that in rare cases a service may be cancelled due to unusually low demand. In such circumstances a full refund will be issued and advice provided regarding alternative transport.

+ GETTING TO SITE

Airport transfers are available to and from Zadar and Split.

If you are making your own way you can also check Vollo for cheap bus ticket comparison within Croatia and the surrounding countries.

+ CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM

  1. A wristband is given to everyone when collecting their event wristband from the box office. There is a €3 activation fee.
  2. Go to one of the 4 main top-up houses on site and top-up your wristband. Minimum top-up is €1 and and maximum is €500.
  3. The wristband can be used at the bars, restaurant, food court, massage, on-site shop and to purchase tickets for boats and Barbarella's Discotheque parties (everywhere on site).
  4. The 4 x top-up offices accept cash or card payments (Mastercard, Visa & Maestro) except the top up on boats, Barbarellas and restaurant - these are card only
  5. You can check your balance easily with any bar staff member / restaurant / waiter etc.
  6. Refunds can only be given in cash (€) & refunds take place at the Main top-up sites: Sunday 09:00–14:00, Monday 09:00–14:00, Tuesday 09:00–14:00.

Benefits of RFID cashless system:

  • Budget what you want to spend for the duration of event
  • No need to carry a wallet / purse around
  • Avoid high exchange rates incurred when withdrawing cash from ATMs
  • Quicker than card payments due to slower transaction times (shorter wait at the bars).

+ ACCOMMODATION

There were several options on-site: camping spaces (20 left), fully-equipped apartments, mobile homes, glamping tents (1 left) and hostels. If booked more than 10 weeks before arrival you can pay a 50% deposit and the balance will be due 10 weeks before arrival. If you would prefer to stay off-site, have a look on Booking.com (popular in Croatia!) or Airbnb.

The Garden’s off-site accommodation manager is also on hand to help if you’re struggling – just reach out to them via enquiries@thegarden.hr.

The nearby towns of Pirovac (where Barbarella’s is), Murter, Betina and Jezera are also good options if you can’t find anywhere suitable in Tisno. All these are a short taxi ride away.

+ SEARCH POLICY

For the safety of our customers and staff, security conducts bag searches upon entry. Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary. Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside the event: fireworks, laser pens, flares, alcohol, illicit drugs, legal highs (including nitrous oxide), animals (with the exception of guide dogs) or anything that could be considered an offensive weapon.

Please note that if you are staying in on-site accommodation (including camping), you can bring one bottle of duty free on arrival only. You will also be able to purchase alcohol from the on-site shop with your on-site accommodation wristband and are allowed to bring food back.

+ DRUGS POLICY

We have a zero-tolerance policy related to drugs at the festival and discourage customers from bringing anything into the event. Drugs are illegal in Croatia and the local authorities take a very strict stance on drug use and possession. In the aim of customer safety, they may patrol the event and local area. Customers caught in breach of this rule may be prosecuted or even face a night in a cell.

+ DISABILITY ACCESS

All disabled customers are welcome at Outlook Origins. Please bear in mind that the site will have some areas with terrain that may make access challenging when booking for the event.

We would advise getting in touch regarding any specific accommodation or travel requirements before booking.

+ FIRST AID

The medical tent will be available at all hours the site is operational. Please make note of its location while with us at the festival.

+ NEAREST HOSPITAL

The nearest hospital is in Šibenik town (General Hospital Sibenik, Ul. Bože Peričića 16, 22000, Šibenik, Croatia) which is approximately 20km away.

+ LOST PROPERTY

Any lost property that has been handed in will be held at the on-site accommodation reception – open 24 hours during the festival.

+ ARE THERE LOCKERS ON-SITE?

Yes, lockers will be available at the on-site accommodation reception – open 24 hours. These are roughly 30cm by 30cm.

+ WHERE IS THE NEAREST ATM?

There are two ATMs on the festival site: one by on-site accommodation reception and another next to the restaurant. There are also several ATMs in the centre of Tisno, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from The Garden.

+ LOCAL CURRENCY

The official currency of Croatia is now the EURO €

+ IS THERE A GOOD TAXI SERVICE IN THE AREA?

A licensed taxi rank can be found in the car park just inside the main festival entrance. Unlicensed taxis are common in the area so, for your own safety, please take only the licensed taxis from inside the festival.

The Garden Resort work with a number of local companies. Look out for the yellow window stickers, these are official partners and have agreed the set pricing across the event (details via the 'travel' page).

+ WHAT IS THERE TO EAT?

On-site at the festival there is the restaurant “Wabi Sabi” which is open from breakfast till late. There are also a number of quality options at the on-site food court, also catering for vegan and vegetarian diets.

There are a number of restaurants (or ‘Konobas’) available in Tisno. A quick search online will show these.

+ SUSTAINABILITY

Please help us look after Tisno and our festival by following these simple rules:

Please take care of your own litter via the bins provided.

Recycle your cans once used (please put them in the bin whole, not crushed, as that is the preferred way to recycle them in the area).

Dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly, do not use the sea or the beach as an ashtray.

Help us to keep the beach clean at all times, if you take everything with you, it will stay as nature intended, leave no trace.

Please use the toilets on-site rather than any public spaces.

Behave respectfully at the festival site and the local village, we are guests in this area.
